Only what we need to schedule your visit: name, phone number with WhatsApp, type of visit and, for minors, the parent or guardian's name. If you message us on Messenger or Instagram, we also keep the ID those platforms assign to your account and the conversation, so we can answer and follow up. We do not collect clinical information here: no symptoms, diagnoses, studies or medical history.
This site uses the Google tag to know whether a visit that came from one of our ads ended in an appointment or in a WhatsApp message or call. Google may set cookies for this. We never send Google your name, phone number or any health information: only that a booking or contact happened. We do not sell your data.
Only with the providers needed to run the schedule and messaging: Google Calendar, Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (the virtual assistant's replies) and Google Ads (ad measurement, as described above).
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw this consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +52 631 188 5071, on Messenger or Instagram, or tell us at the office. Withdrawing consent for messages does not cancel an appointment you already booked.
Replies on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram are written by a virtual assistant that can check times and book or change appointments. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
